This is the retired James Avery Craftsman piece named the Puerto De Luna ring. It is set with a large turquoise. The main structure of the ring is sterling silver, and has bronze as well. It has the authentic James Avery mark. It is a size 7. This has never been worn. I received it for Christmas and it was too small for me. I never had it sized and never wore it. It is in unworn condition, there is a little bit of tarnish on the back that can easily be polished out (from sitting in my jewelry box).
